Please provide this information to give us the information we need to market you around the fair.  Apologies if you've already provided some of it but it helps us to keep our admin to a minimum.  Thanks x.

  • This Form Is For You

    You have already pre-booked and paid and we have filled in the booking form for you. As long as you have paid, your place is secure and we just need a few more details from you. The form is two parts: Part 1 confirms you can be at the fair safely and legally. Part 2 is about you and what you offer - this helps us to promote you alongside the event.
  • We need to make sure that you understand that this information will only be used to help us determine you are legally able to be at the fair and to market you as an exhibitor at the Psychic Health & Beauty Fair, and that you may send me other information you think I will be interested in.

  • If we are contacted for information about how to pre-book with a particular exhibitor tell us what contact details it is ok for us to give out. Please say what you want us to send: Your Name, Your Business Name, Contact Details.
  • Tell us what you will be offering on the day. Include details of full services and treatments as well as retail products. Please note, you can not bring along food or drink products to sell or give away unless we have previously agreed this. If you are in doubt please call Sian on 07951 168863.
